FIGURE SKATING

Although there are more individuals that belong eventually in this group I have only included two for now.

	Elizabeth Swan was not only the founder of Figure Skating in Clarenville but was recognized provincially and nationally for her years of work. She was inducted in the Newfoundland Sports Hall of Fame in recognition of this.
	Jean Burden, picked up the baton from Mrs. Swan and carried on with this effort winning many awards for her many years service. She was also a driving force on CARA as well and overall was recognized as someone who could always be counted on.
